Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

Entrants must be 18 years or older.

Entrants must be able to attend the clinic at Clarendon Health, Poole, Dorset.

2. Promotional Consent:

Entrants must agree to have photos taken for promotional and social media purposes.

Photos will be unidentifiable, focusing only on the area being treated.

3. Entry Deadline:

The competition closes at midnight on the 27th of December 2025.

4. Prize Details:

The main prize consists of a course of six laser hair removal treatments for one small area. Each treatment is valued at up to £55.

Runner-up will receive one free laser hair or lesion removal session.

5. Booking and Redemption:

The main prize winner and runners-up must redeem their prize by booking an appointment (by calling Laser Skin Therapy on +44 1202 125744 or WhatsApp on +44 7359 049709) within two weeks of being notified. The first appointment itself can take place any time within one month of booking, but no later than 31 January 2026.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other treatments.

Only one prize per person is allowed.

6. Winner Selection:

Winners will be selected at random and notified shortly after the closing date.

7. Data Protection:

Personal data provided during entry will only be used for administering this competition and will not be shared with third parties.

8. Exclusion of Liability:

The organizer is not responsible for entries that are incomplete, lost, delayed, or not received due to technical issues.

The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances

9. Disqualification Clause:

Entries that fail to meet the eligibility criteria or breach these terms may be disqualified without notice.

10. No Purchase Necessary:

No purchase is necessary to enter this competition.
